Here’s what to expect next: 

• You’ll receive a phone call from our dispatch department to confirm your appointment window. During this call, you can give the dispatcher any additional information about your specific issue to help our technician know what to look for when on-site.
• There will be a $125 service fee for appointments during business hours ($215 for appointments outside of business hours). Additional charges are applied for services provided on holidays.  
  Your technician will contact you on his way to your address.
• Once they arrive, your tech will perform a detailed diagnostic assessment of your system and create a detailed recommendation including cost for your review. No work will be done without your approval.
